*Theme from Chariots of Fire Playing* We... had... a... baptism!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Veliana Luwazi was baptized this past saturday. :) We had a really good service, and she's making friends in the ward already! She's so excited and says that it's like starting a 'new chapter' in her life. :)
It's excellent to realize that I'm actually fulfilling my purpose here as a missionary and bringing souls closer to Christ! Its the source of true joy and I'm thrilled to share this joyful message every day!
In other news:
1) Our investigator Pro has a date for the 20th of October and we're really excited because we think it's going to go through this time. The difference in him from when I got here is extremely apparent and its exciting to watch!
2) Matthew and his whole family came to church! The Gospel Principles class was on how families can be together forever, and Jenna (Matthew's wife) told us that she felt as if the lesson was just for them!
3) General Conference is this weekend, and I can't wait to hear what the Prophet and Apostles have to tell us. :)
